Christine Itwaru

Christine Itwaru is director of product ops at Pendo, where she leads the Product Ops team - a new team at Pendo responsible for empowering product teams, collaborating across orgs, creating scale, and ultimately freeing up PMs to deliver value to customers. Christine has managed and grown product teams at Jefferies and Ipreo, where she has utilized her belief that shared experience and shared knowledge within teams and across an organization ultimately drive growth and products that make an impact.

Christine graduated from St. Johns University in NY with a degree in Marketing and a concentration in Finance. Though she kicked off her career in marketing and business development, she believes each company brings a different experience that allows you to take the next step. After accidentally (and happily) falling into Product Management, she leaned on her previous learnings to help see things through a wider lens. Christine's love for data-driven product management and her deep connection to customers led her to Pendo, a product experience platform that helps product teams create software customers love.
