About this speaker

I've spent the last 9 years digging into the customer experience; primarily focused on getting the early stages right to set folks up for long-term success. I've had the pleasure of building new programs, hiring and managing new teams, and working closely with Marketing and Product orgs to scale those efforts to ensure that the customer experience is positive AND consistent along the way. My passion is people and the connections that come with them. I've also learned a thing or two along the way and I'm excited to share! I grew up in California but work brought me to Seattle 7 years ago and I now call it home. My wife and I love to get outdoors in the summer and snowboard in the winters, and Seattle gives us both!
