About this lesson

This live talk focuses on the combination of consumer science, strategy, and culture required to make big bets to invent the future. We’ll focus on colonizing Mars as a metaphor for invention then see how Netflix navigated two decades of change through the “GLEe” strategy model. Last, we’ll strategy share frameworks you can apply to your company and products to invent your own future. We’ll also do three mini-cases to show why inventing the future is so hard.
