I also demonstrate how product strategy helps day-to-day decision-making with two modern-day ""What would you do?"" Netflix cases: 1) Should Netflix enable custom playback speed, and 2) Should Netflix launch ""Netflix Party"", enabling worldwide members to enjoy shared, movie-watching experiences?
