It is valuable to have deep understanding of what motivates people to try our products, but sometimes we forget about this in the pursuit of trying to understand our users in terms of their shared data/attributes. In this talk we will see the difference of these two ways of thinking, and see how the Jobs To Be Done framework can easily be worked into our daily conversations with users to get deeper insights much earlier in the funnel.
